For safety, the hot tub must be disconnected from power before our crew arrives: turn off the breaker and have a licensed electrician disconnect the wiring. Drain as much water as you can, and send us photos of the tub and the path to the street, including gates, slopes and stairs, so we arrive with the right tools.
